Dormisch-Absi´s reels have a for life warranty to refer to workmanship or materials defects. This warranty is not valid unless the original purchaser sends the warranty information card.
We will, at our option, repair or replace any Dormisch-Absi reel which is found to be defective.
Warranty is not valid for bad use, intentional damage, fire, robbery, loss or wear for normal use. Colors can change between originals and replace parts.
Damaged reels not covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced for a reasonable fee should failure occur due to misuse, neglect or normal wear. Do not return damaged reel to your dealer. Should any problem arise with one of our products, simply return it for immediate repair or replacements. For repair or replacement, please return the entire reel in a cardboard box. Be sure to include a note with your name, problem description, address and phone number. Be sure that return postage be paid. All warranty repairs should be sent to:
