Design
Since the first time, our goal was to create a hole reel, light and with harmony design, easily adaptable to left and right hand, to have balance control of integrated line, reel and rod and finally an easy to remove spool.
The reel drag system was designed flat with easy and fast access for fishing control.
Simple Mechanism:
We did want that our reel to be trusted, long life time period and to be one of the lightest in the market. For all this reasons we work with aeronautic and spatial industry aluminum alloys (6061 T6 and 7075 T6). Thanks to it, R2 reduce its weight to only 3,88oz (110gram), through all durability and trusting tests.
Quality:
For assurance it, we work with suppliers that works with controlled quality materials. All parts are mechanized in CNC (Computed Numeric Control) machines. These companies have ISO 9000 quality certification and assurance us that each piece will be hardly controlled.
Finally, to protect the reel from scratches and wear, each part is anodized with hard anodize with 30 micrometers thickness. |
